I've had this issue as well. I've temporarily started typing up my message in another app (Word for example) and pasting it into the Support text box to avoid the delays/freezes.
If you're not sure what cluster you're on Lisa you can see it under Setup > System > Customer Info. It should be in the Basic info section upper right corner, Cluster Setup.

This would be an excellent integration. Today, you can get about 90% there but do have to jump into Workfront to add the planned hours (which means having a plan license).
