How can I set my form so that when a user goes to print the form, using the File then Print option in the toolbars, a message pops us asking them to first fill out some information before they print?

I figured it out.....I had changed the name name of Row2[1] to Row 3...problem fixed, I just changed Row3 back to Row2[1].Thanks

The total field is in the table, it is in the footer row. The calculation is occuring in the total field.

Thank you for your response, that script isn't working.I put in 5 for the first value, and 5 for the second, the total is coming up 5.Here is my script: Sum(SeedItem1.Row2[*].NumBushels[*])

I have a table that currently consists of 3 rows.BagNumber of Items in BagA6B12TotalI have a button which allows the user to add more rows to the table, a maximum of 10 rows can be added. I would like to be able to add up all the numbers, in the total cell. Both fields are FormCalc...though there is no formula in the Date2 field.I used your formual and the result is still the same, only now the result is m/d/y.
