Hi again, I'm really new to this system. Where do I go to find the Request Settings in your screenshot?

Hi Amy, It's an issue that the requester cannot close. The user has a Standard license. She is unable to change the status of her own request/issue. The request is not being turned into a project or task. The user simply wants to enter and close her own issue/tasks.   

A team member submitted an issue/request but is unable to close it when she completes the task (see attached screenshot). Is there permissions I need to change to give them access to do this?
