like I said, it's more about not having to train the first person. it's much easier for the team to tell them to upload a document. 

I think it has more to do with not having to train the first person to do anything other than upload a document. they do have the ability to upload a proof. and I've noticed they tend to choose 'simple proof' etc and otherwise do it not the way the proof manager actually wants it to look 

For the record, this didn't work. It does update the cell every hour, but it doesn't seem to make the excel sheet active enough to write the form data.

I'm actually going to try creating a separate scenario that writes a timestamp to the spreadsheet once an hour to see if that might trick it into writing the form data to the spreadsheet as well.

thank you for looking into this. Sounds like my option is to leave the sheet open or use Power Automate to recreate it.
