I think I have a solution. If I give all the read/write access rights to the various required subfolders in the administration area, then add the end user group to the top level administration folder but untick all of the read/write/delete options it seems to allow me to hide the administration fold...

That doesn't hide those folders from the explorer view. I want the end users to be able to use the alert activity, without them being able to view and access the administration area in explorer

Hi, I'd like to implement a regular refresh of the Recompute delivery and tracking indicators action to run on demand/more regular intervals. Is there an easy way to force this to run from a workflow?TIA
