I know this is an old thread but has anyone been able to pass the current Issue ID to a dashboard? I tried {!Issue ID} and {!Optask ID} but they did not seem to work.

The TEAMOB  object code references a Team object, not a Project. I am not sure how this could have any effect on Project settings. Can you be more specific? What endpoint are you sending this to?

I had this issue as well and I found that one of the tasks in the template has a team assigned to it. Removing the team assignment from the template stopped the notifications to the entire team.

Yeah I can confirm. The "Processing History" thing is super annoying, and it has made debugging a huge pain. I get a lag of up to 5 minutes in some situations.
