I had similar issues with path and domains until now. I used the following: URL: https://www.example.com/us/en-us/catalogs/abc/test1.html OR Path > contains > /us/en-us/catalogs/abc/ AND Domain > contains > www.example.com I hope this example helps. Mauricio.

Is this issue resolved?, I have the exact same issue, the website cookie message is displayed everytime I make changes in Target. Thanks for your comments.
