About Feeds in Recommendations

when i tried to upload a data in CSV  Iam unable to upload data. can any one help what might be the problem, or is there any problem with my csv file

- Make sure you are using the csv template: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/assets/EntityFileUploadTemplate.csv?lang=en

- Make sure you are also keeping the first 7 rows in your feed (I usually open this in excel)

- Make sure if you use excel, keep saving the file to .csv and not .xls

- I would also check the feed status and the error, you can check that here: How Do I Use Feeds in Target Recommendations? | Adobe Target
