You need it indeed. I would download the file, clean all the PII info then upload it again.If you use labels, you won't be able to export any row that contains any PII, it filters it instantly, so it won't work for you.

If you need to export on a daily basis for example, you can schedule the query to run 1 hour before the export so it will always have the updated data.

I suggest you the following thing: Create a new datasetUse query services and copy from your original DS all the info you want to export to the destination. Make sure to use the same schema for this newly created dataset.Export the newly created dataset.

There is no such option as a Preview. You can charge a sample file, make sure that your structure is ok, then load the rest of it.
