Thank you @CynthiaBoon for this video, super helpful. Do I need to give my users access to Boards? I logged in as one of my Group Admins and didn't see Boards on their pins. 

We are looking at Jasper too, anything come about since? 

We went a bit further and only allowed our Group Admin (we have one for each teams) access to create and edit Custom Form. They only have access to their own forms. 

A good template would be if a Project status could update automatically from 'Planning' to 'Current' once the first task is made 100% complete.
