I don't believe there is any API that can directly filter the dataFlows pointing to each dataSet. I don't know of any quick hacks within the UI since UI has very limited filtering.

You can accomplish this by exporting that audience to an S3 bucket and extract the file. Although, this will not export exact profiles, but the identity value that you choose to export.

are you using Global or Tenant in your variables when trying to retrieve? Global will pull system and tenant will pull the customer datasets.

I don't believe there is any way to limit a user's permissions on the amount of audiences they can create and/or publish. You would either have access to create audiences, or not, within the sandbox.

The way we have done this in the past is the same as you have mentioned above. Using S3 bucket to export the file and then validate from there.

You could use the segment jobs API to fetch the data you need. I believe it will be a bit of a manual process to retrieve that data and then calculate the average. I know the UI only currently supports 30 days of data.
