I have a document with a master page that has headers/footers.I have a page with a repeatable subform that when repeated does not flow to next page.I have checked the Subform Content settings and made sure it was set to Flowed and Allow Page Breaks within Content is not checked off. I have the repeatable subform wrapped in another subform which is also set to flowed.
