Is there a way to select fast release for Admins only? Instead of releasing new things to the entire company? That way it would give us a chance to review and educate users on these new features. This would be greatly appreciated! 

I guess they haven't fixed this problem because our company just started experiencing this yesterday. I'm still collecting more information on why it's populating though.
