Hi Madalyn,  Users are entering their time off in their Workfront PTO calendar; in our case, the PMs/planners are not overbooking the resources, the Balancer is re-distributing the hours (i.e adding hours to compensate for the time off) automatically across the remaining days. Thanks,

hi J_Mas - I had a calculated custom field created in the Setup >> Custom Forms section which I was adding as a column in the report, definitely not "a report-only calculated field with the same name" (not even sure how this works). Does that make sense?
