@AtlasGu Yes, segments are not available in data feeds. Since segments can be defined visit and visitor level, they wouldn't able to match the data feed raw data of hit level. You can use the Segments API by using this tool: https://adobedocs.github.io/analytics-2.0-apis/#/

That's strange, might be helpful if you create a support ticket with the client care. Maybe they will get to the bottom of it.

@skatofiabah looked at your query, did you changed 'exclude_hit = 0' to 'exclude_hit > 0' to remove excluded hits from queries on raw data? That's the only difference i can see from the one of the response from the thread i posted above.

Time zone of the report suite can be found under Admin > Report Suites > Select report suite > Edit Settings > General > General Account Settings.
