My bad.. i wasn't using the correct branch to deploy the code.Switched to develop branch and deployed.However if try to deploy using master. i still facing this issue and reported that to ACS team.I'll keep the thread updated with the fix they made.

@suyoghirve As of today custom domain for Author(AEMasCS) is not possible.However adobe working to enhance this feature with reference CMGR-18457. You can ask your TAM to keep you guys updated on CMGR-18457 and proceed to implementation soon it's don.
