@devconsole @Saumya-In I'm seeing this issue despite having system admin access and developer access to all product profiles under the instance. Do you think that's normal?

Adobe confirmed that the documentation is not upto date and per our tests. Adobe ID will not be updated as BUSINESS ID(Identity type). Post domain registration we can update the Adobe id to Federated in bulk using CSV approach.
