My table nms:rtEvent is empty, where do all the rtEvent table rows go when they are processed?

Hi, I've created a new operator group that has to be able to create campaigns, but not execute them, so i can't give it the WORKFLOW named right.I've given some folder permissions, like Object created automatically/Campaign Workflows, but i don't know how to solve this error...Thank you in advance.@...
