  • Hi @ValerieAnders, Switching to Adobe WebSDK for Target will mean you no longer need to manage at.js directly in your codebase. With WebSDK, Adobe keeps Target up-to-date automatically, so you’ll always be using the latest version of Target’s capabilities without needing manual updates. Also, if you...

  • Hi @JyotiSharmaV, The setup looks correct, but I would try changing the audience to use 'exclude' as follows:I have seen this work more accurately when trying to cap user impressions. You should be able to test this audience by toggling on the 'Match audience rules to see experiences':Then, use the ...

  • Hi @maccg12  I have seen this issue before, and there are a few steps that helped: 1) Try using a different browser or a private/incognito tab and see if the issue persists.2) Clear your cache in the current browser and reload Target.3) Disable browser extensions and see if there is a conflict. Ad b...

  • Hi @SoufianeLa,Sorry to hear you are having issues. This could be due to several reasons, but here are the ones I believe to be the most common:Caching Issues: Sometimes, browsers cache the old page version, preventing new changes from appearing.Solution: Clear your browser cache or use an incognito...

  • If you are using a profile script and an audience created to cap the experience to one impression per user, they should only see it on one page and not the other. You should be able to test this using the QA link by toggling on "MAtch audience rules to see experiences".

  • @JyotiSharmaV - Target URL targeting looks for an exact URL match. If the URL matches, Target does not consider further logic. See more details here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/target/using/audiences/faq-audiences/troubleshooting-targets-and-audiences

  • @JyotiSharmaV - You could just add another rule that states "does not contain" and add the parameters of the URL that come after "https://www.xyz.com/summer". For example, if the page is "https://www.xyz.com/summer/this-page" the rule would be as follows:I hope that helps!Matt Ravlich | ACG Digital

  • Hi @Prachi_091, Yes, you can create an activity with multiple experiences, each with a different URL. This is called Multipage activity. A multipage activity in Adobe Target lets you create experiences over multiple pages, with a design that is specific to each page. To add pages to a test:Click the...

  • Hello @Jakob3, You may be experiencing a connection issue between the updated pages and your Adobe Target feed. I suggest checking the following:1) Are you setting the entity.id and entity information on each article page so that this information is being sent to Target and updating your feed?2) If ...

  • @Gokul_Agiwal - sorry, I assumed from the question it was already exported as an offer in Target. If it is built in a JavaScript framework such as react, it will need to be rendered to HTML and then exported via AEM to Target as an experience fragment.Matthew Ravlich | ACG Digital | albertacg.com
