Thank you all.  I think I can do what I need now!

I have a scenario that triggers on approval of an issue where the status equals the 'approved' status.  The only challenge I had is that I had to create unique scenarios for each unique approval status 

I'm trying to create a report that will give me a list of all Active Programs that have only Completed Projects within them.   

Hi @SarahWilkersonCA , I'm looking to create a report just like you described, were all the projects in the Program are closed so the program can be closed, did you figure this out? Thanks Lori
