Is it possible to add or remove names on multiple proofs at once? I currently must go one at a time through each proof to remove or add approvers, which takes a significant amount of time. There must be an efficient way of editing multiple proofs at once

Whenever I open a proof to view or edit it in Workfront, it displays at 1%, WAY too small to view. I always begin my proofing by updating this to "page height" or 100%. It is annoying to have to do this every time! I have restarted my computer and refreshed my Edge browser, but the problem continues...
