Can anyone explain this error that seems to occur when a user is modifying advanced assignments.: ErrorAPIModel INTERNAL does not support field duration(OpTask) thanks. 

When trying to do a (seemingly) simple user edit - change in referenced email address, we are finding we have no access to change that field in the user setup. We have ability to specify email address when adding a new user, but not able to actually change it when setup. was reviewing another string...

for me this popped up when trying to access Setup, trying to help a user with a login error.  hopefully resolved momentarily. also seeing it pop up during all sorts of clicks.  WF Please resolve soon!

looking forward to a more informed response as i have just started playing with layout templates after the last great webinar on the subject.  i would suggest that it will overwrite what they were currently seeing, but retains the objects pinned by that individual (unless specifically edited).

We are troubleshooting an email notification issue. Is there a way I can verify an email was sent from workfront to a user, confirming the address that was attempted?  Trying to help IT understand where notification is being blocked.  Seems like an isolated user impacted. Thanks.
