I have the same issue. Where are the time entry controls?! When picking a date it enters the current time and then it is very difficult to change. How is there no time editing controls in a date time field picker? Am I missing something?

Did you ever get this working?   Do you know if this can this be used on a specific document folder path within a specific project?   I am looking to strip all the permissions on a specific folder and then add a few specific teams/groups back in.

Yes, please add this. From the template level I would like to be able to add a group to sharing but choose "no access" as an option to lock people out of that folder.
