Yes, they replied and said: We are currently having a known outage for Proofing right now, and there is no current ETA. However, this has been marked as a critical issue and we are working to resolve this ASAP.
Is there a way for them to delete these projects? I'm stumped, because they have no tasks within this project and I did not share this project with them. Not sure what I'm missing on this one. Thanks in advance.

However, the designer sends a link that opens up the proof window but asks for the log in. And when I try to log in it says its incorrect ...
