Almost every list in Workfront has a different experience. Some have view, filter, grouping, some don't. Some have export capability, some don't. Some have a new look and feel, while others don't. Sometimes checking the box of an item displays an "Edit" button in the bar on top, sometimes it doesn't...

I would like to have existing approval processes visible based on groups, similar to group-based statuses.

When viewing any list in a view or report, I would like the pagination to be retained. For example, I work on the Setup->Teams daily. And each day, I have to change the "Showing 100 of 250" to "All 250". It's a repetitive task that applies to just about every user in Workfront.

Storyboard is a robust interface. If we can in-line edit the story names, this would make it even more functional.

You can sort the data in the editor, but it has no impact on the sort of the projects in the milestone view.

The entire request intake interface is in need of a redesign. Some of my biggest asks: Show/Hide/Move Queue TopicsDisplay Description about the Request Type once selected (a paragraph text area where you can inform your requestors). I know the description shows, but it's in about 5pt font and revers...

We've used both SharePoint and Workfront URLs to link to these docs. I also agree, this would be a nice feature and easy to implement (I assume)!!!

I suppose this would only apply to queues that were visible to all users, but a nice idea. This is along the lines of one of our ideas, which is to have the ability to show/hide queue topics and move them to different projects.

With two or more report prompts, it's not possible to reorder them without deleting and re-adding them in the new order. It would save administrators time when they want to reorder the prompts.
