  • I think Jim is on the right track. You will need a for each loop to process the list. In the child FLO set the input field type as an object. In the event card on the child FLO set a key equal to userID. Pass that userID field to a return card. You will also need to add that userID to a new object t...

  • You cannot move hours on their own. You'd have to move the attached object. If they are logged to the project there won't be anything you can do. What's the use case here? Maybe there is another solution? Daniel Daniel Cooley Rego Consulting daniel.cooley@regoconsulting.com

  • Thanks for the info. So there is no integration for Cloud Campaign? A Workfront partner offers an Adobe Analytics integration? Daniel Cooley Rego Consulting daniel.cooley@regoconsulting.com

  • The attached document references integrations with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytics. How do these work? Is there documentation anywhere? Daniel Cooley Rego Consulting daniel.cooley@regoconsulting.com

  • Hi Mavis, This sounds like a cool idea. I think this could work as long as you have a VOIP (Voice Over IP) phone system. You would need to develop a custom integration for your particular phone system. Let me know if this is something you'd like to discuss further. Daniel Cooley Rego Consulting

  • I see now. I don't think you will be able to do that with the native functionality. If it were me, I would export the summary page of the report that shows the frequency of each sponsor and do it in excel. If you can publish to sharepoint, google sheet etc, you could potentially share that spreads...

  • Hi Kristine, I see the trouble you are running into. It looks like you cannot use a typeahead field in a calculated custom data expression. I did see that it looks like you can display a typeahead field on a report so you could see if a calculated column might work on a report. Daniel Cooley Rego Co...

  • Hi Vikki, First step to is identify which field contains the data that you want to group by. From your post I wasn't sure what that might be. Where is the data stored and what is the object type? Does a job = a project? Daniel Cooley

  • Hi Rochelle, Each project's approval path can be configured individually. You'd need to look at the Approval Path selection under the Approvals tab on the project. You can deselect the approval path or create a single use approval path for a special case. Daniel Cooley
