Hi, I've been having the same issue - the only way around which i found - is adding Assignment And Status column to a report view. SO even if it shows up on a report, assignee/manager knows that user is done with it but another ones still working on it. Dagmara Garwell BAKKAVOR LTD

It doesn't matter if you're listed as resource manager on project or not. You still should be able to see tabs for Legacy and New Planning. You're an admin so you should be seeing everything anyway.
