There are certain situations in which we are uploading large files that take long amounts of time to upload and it would be beneficial if we could get a percentage upload of the proof instead of just the spinning circle so we can understand the status of the upload.

We want to configure a report that would allow the each country to view how compliant their agencies are with deadlines - like a Deadline Compliance Report, but we're not sure how to build it.
