Update: when I closed and reopened the scorecard, I saw the option to delete a question. I still need to know how to deactivate a scorecard.

Love this idea!  I constantly search update for comms I want to copy.

Thank you.  Does this apply to an individual task or the overall project actual start date?  I don't want any dates to appear on the calendar except the actual start date of a particular task once it's entered. 

Thanks for your response!  I am currently using the colors to identify the various portfolio. That is why I was trying to figure out another way to identify the responses to the radio field on a custom form for each project.
