This causes a lot of confusion for my users. Back To Timesheets is not the intuitive choice for finding past timesheets or searching on timesheets. Users feel like they are already on their timesheets. Back To Timesheets implies it's going to take them back to where they already are.

Ultimately, it would be nice to have the ability to add fields. For example, adding the project number next to the project on the timesheet would be great.

The ability to easily subscribe yourself to updates on a project or task would be great.

Between the project owner and admin, there should be someone who can set it Complete in the case where someone is out of the office. I strongly believe that something like this should be an option so we're not forcing people into processes that don't fit the way they work.

This could be really helpful. Role could be more generic (Developer) with many skills. Instead, we have tons of roles to try help with planning based on skill - which isn't really working because planning is really done with the primary role.
