I'd like to be able to see the description of a report when it's in a dashboard instead of having to drill into the report from the dashboard - this would really help my team be able to know what they are looking at so they can make informed decisions.

Totally agree here - our users don't even like the calendar view and most don't use it however, this is one area that those that do wish was available - much like the calendar in My Work, being able to show a day, a week, two weeks, three weeks ,etc.

Yes yes yes! Our team relies on info in the custom form(s) of projects to complete their tasks - it would be much easier to get there from Home instead of having to click on the task details, click on the project, click on project details, and then click on custom forms....that's 4 clicks down to 1!
