I'm pretty sure the answer is no but I want to follow in case you get a different answer. There is an integration with Adobe CC but we haven't yet taken the time to figure it out completely, what we saw didn't do very much so we didn't pursue it. Others said they were able to use it more fully.

Right now you can only edit the main comment, not a reply, a frustrating issue for people who are often the repliers (ie the ones actually making an edit to a proof because they were asked to weigh in) and not the initial commenters.
