I have to second this recommendation!! Some of the prompts with a basic 'name' are confusing for Report Users.... without the ability to customize labels, we cripple and hinder the user experience thus undermining the efficacy of the report built to serve those very users.

I am glad to let you know that we have removed the limitation of 1 draft per request queue.You can now have as many drafts for a queue topic as needed and the updated interface will still remind you that you can use one of those drafts.
