This is something we are desperately wanting for us to be able to utilise the scheduling tool more. When a task has been completed, you see a tick icon. I think having an icon to show ready to start would be a massive addition to this tool too!

Potentially looking this to the delegate approvals function would be great, so when someone sets their approvals to be delegated that would trigger the out of office too
