I had asked Support this question last year, and they had indicated that items will remain in the Completed column on the Kanban board for 2 weeks.

Just a suggestion...on the report on the dashboard, if you go to Edit Report, then Report Settings, there is a field called: Run this report with the Access Rights of..., where as a System Admin, you can add your name in, which will allow anyone who has access to the report to see the same informat...

If you are referring to submitting a ticket to Workfront Support, then after logging into Workfront One, you would click on the "Support" tab in the main navigation at the top, where you can then create a support case.

Hi Jill, once you login, go to “Groups” under the Collaboration tab. Then, click on the Group ‚Äì in this case, the “All Discussions” Group. At the top, you will see a drop-down menu for notification cadence, where you can change it from Weekly Digests to Daily.

Check you Filter, View and Grouping on your Template. Is this the same or different than your co-worker's? In your "My Settings", under Preferences, check to see if the following is checked off. If it is, then uncheck it. This will stop your documents automatically being converted to proofs when uploading. Terry Hynd EBSCO Information Services
