We don't use the Workfront proofing tool, but have many clients providing us marked up edits or comments using Adobe Acrobat. Our situation is that we close projects as soon as complete, for billing purposes. However, we have one person who pulls campaign results (from claims systems) and we'd like to give him a reminder notification 150 days after project is complete, so he's not relying on putting reminders on his calend...

Similar I think... We're thinking about adding a 'project review' custom form where the design agency is rated. It would be a custom form within the last task. It would be a short custom form of a couple questions. I may not be explaining that well though.

Sorry, I should have clarified. It is an expense report, with expenses from each project. And the report is perfect as a report. it's trying to view it within a project that I don't get any results. Hope that helps clarify.
