I'm trying to simplify steps for one of my team members, I've created a task report for her so all same tasks are in one place and she can mark 100% from the report, but she also needs to add comments to the project for multiple people to see. Currently she has to go into each project individually.

Personally, I have templates for projects that I need to keep separate for a creative team and a product team. The task lists are dependent on each other but function independently. I need to trigger one to start and don't want to have to do it manually every time I start a project in this template....

The instructions say to go to the "Details" page of the proof. Then click on the "More" button and select "Unlink Proof" I don't get the "Unlink" option in either or the more buttons.
