I personally don't find the mobile app useful for anything except leaving a comment or approving something. It's not really designed for setting up/managing a project. Susie Lage Western Digital Corporation

Anthony, I think this is where we are trying to go. Right now creative services owns Workfront. We make the business unit submit requests. The business unit essentially gets no value from Workfront except being the current central place for information about their projects, and moving it along. I wo...

All great ideas and points. Yes, I was thinking that we would give them plan licenses and assign them to actual tasks, giving them contribute access on the project. I'll have to do some testing to see if that would let them version someone else's file though. Susie Lage Western Digital Corporation

I think you need a report with inline-editable fields. They are plenty of built-in fields that will populate the "last note text" and "last note update date," but those come from updates on a project. You could play with adding custom fields into your database for this and then add them as columns o...

We have agreed that copy documents (Word) like a message map, remain as documents. I totally get that Word and Adobe tracking are much easier than proof for heavy copy. They are send for document approval. The client marks it up and then uploads their documents with _initials. The copywriter downloa...

We are looking to do the exact same thing. BUT we currently operate via request queue. We have trained everyone from the business units to input a request only when the project is ready to kickoff and they have all of the information. I would be curious to know how anyone handles that? I love the id...

Hi Kyra, I recently ran into the same issue as Marisol. I checked out the article, however, when you go to Project Details> Overview>Edit, there is no field for actual completion date. It is similarly non-existent under Edit Project. If it is supposed to be visible and editable, it would be great to...

It would be great to templates the issues tab with pre-populated issues regardless of how we categorize. EX: using issues to convert to sub-projects on master project. The issues are the same most of the time (deliverables for us).
