  • It might also be affected by the task constraints - if you have a task set to "must start on" or "fixed dates" then the planed dates won't move automatically. If it's set to ASAP or similar then it will shift. Stephanie Mulrooney Tomorrow People

  • On a related note, it would be great to be able to favourite or save posts to refer to later (I don't think there's an option to do this at the moment, unless I'm missing something...?) I often see things and think "Oh that would be useful..." but I'm not able to look at it there and then. Stephanie...

  • We have a similar setup where we have flexible working, so lots of different start and finish times for individuals. To keep things simple, for the purpose of Workfront we effectively ignore people's individual work schedules - we have one schedule from 9am to 5pm, our typical hours set to 7 a day, ...

  • Okay, can anyone explain to me what the resource planner is actually for? I just can't get my head around it and I'm wondering if I'm missing something...! I've finished the Ascent training and I understand how to use it, i.e. how it functionally works, but I don't understand why I would use it, or ...

  • So, we currently have a project approval process attached to all our templates. When any new project is ready to review internally we switch it to "Planning" status and it triggers an approval workflow to the resource managers for each department. They check the resource against our capacity, advise...

  • This looks a lot better. I've been using the Scheduling tool a lot more over the past couple of months and (other than the issue with project statuses) I think it does what we need it to, for the most part. One thing it would be really useful to have is a refresh button. I tend to have the schedulin...
