    Frankly, the icons in general should be re-evaluated. Our design team got a kick out of the pick axe icon used for Roles.

    This would be great! Went to submit this idea from a coworker (requested by many) and super happy to find that there are TWO requests in the idea exchange that have high votes. Hoping this gets implemented in 17.4 dev cycle. :)

    If your requesters are not listed as part of your company, you can accomplish this. If they are, there is a way to get around this in the settings, but I think it hides all comments until you tag them. I agree, though, I wish there was an easier way to "hide" comments on demand.

    For example, if someone sets up a task as a "checklist" item that they use to remind them to create an equivalent request in a queue, you should be able to resolve an task from an issue, not just the other way around. Same could go for a project if the final step is to submit a request.

    Copy or move custom forms between any type of item so long as there is a custom form for that type. i.e. if you're moving a custom form from an issue to a task, there would need to be a task version as well. But, the ability to move them around like you can with documents would be massive.
