For me it would be a great if it is possible to change the report owner from an inactive one to an active one. We have a few reports created by someone who is not working at the company anymore. I would like to become the owner of these projects but at the moment that's not possible.

Is it possible to add an extra field to a billing record, for example a "Comments"-field? We would like to have this field to enter additional information besides the "Description".
