Exactly! It is also a major issue that we can't see exactly at what point a user was tagged into the thread. We have people often say "well I wasn't included on this". Previously we could go back and see if someone forgot to tag them until the last minute or if they truly were included, now we have ...

This is an issue for Dick's Sporting Goods, too. I have gotten a lot of feedback that people are getting missed or someone has to completely close out of their reply and start again after verifying the right people were already tagged.

This would be great! And also if the headers with field names could be locked in place when scrolling on each report. It is hard to understand the data when the headers disappear.

For our use case, we have dashboards with horizontal scrolling because of the amount of information. We really need these to be able to export and not smash into an unreadable format like they do today if you use the Print option. At least being able to stretch to 11x17 would be helpful (currently 1...
