Example: Dashboard comprised of many reports that all have a prompt for Project Name. Instead of entering the prompt for all of the reports, have a single prompt.

Hi (again) Mark: for a single-prompt dashboard, you might be interested in our UberFilter solution, which does just that, as below.

A use case for this would be if you have a dashboard that needs to be filtered on a custom field to create a tailored experience. Today, wildcards only work for out of the box fields. Rather than having a prompt on every report on a dashboard and have executives select the same value for every single report, they could select it once at the top of the page and have it cascade to all of the reports on the dashboard.

Page/Dashboard level filtering would be a huge benefit. I'd add that you should be able to identify which reports the page/dashboard filter is applied to or not. I've used this type of functionality in other PPM tools and allows to develop in a way that components are reusable.

I have been asked about this feature by most of my clients 90%, this is very useful for Weekly Status report, where we want to display status coming from multiple reports but all having a single set of Prompt (project name, program name etc...)

Workfront - are there any updates on this from anyone official that we could get? This is definitely holding up some process changes I'd love to make here and continues to take additional time away from users filling out multiple prompts. Thank you!
