Exactly! It is also a major issue that we can't see exactly at what point a user was tagged into the thread. We have people often say "well I wasn't included on this". Previously we could go back and see if someone forgot to tag them until the last minute or if they truly were included, now we have ...

This is an issue for Dick's Sporting Goods, too. I have gotten a lot of feedback that people are getting missed or someone has to completely close out of their reply and start again after verifying the right people were already tagged.
