We have the same issue and also had numerous calls about it. Nothing changed, it is still slow. The only option you have is to make dashboard with only a minimum set of information, as more reports increase the delay.The recommendation we got was to create an improvement idea and let customers vote....

@Jeremy Flores‚: we store important information for the project execution in custom forms, e.g. a cost center. The team collects the input which is then quality checked by our assistant. Afterwards, the team should be able to still see the information without changing it to avoid corrupted data.

Great question, we are also trying to find a way for locking a custom form - in our case even before closure of the project

All four ideas are great and necessary features for us - would love to see them all on the roadmap. If I‘d have to choose one it is the custom field validation. Our process owners constantly complain about lack of such a feature...

I already have a ticket open on that issue and was told we can expect a technical fix by the end of the week. Nevertheless, there is a workaround described with resetting user preferences.

Has anyone experience in reporting on a custom field with multiple entries? We have keywords for every project (one or multiple) and would like to know how often each keyword was used this year, preferably in a nice graph.
