  • Anthony, So, we have a situation where the designer creates a proof and the requestor is supposed to review and approve the proof.   • There seems to be many ways to do this. Here's another option we are testing out: Open up the campaign or program (as we call it) as a project in WF. Then each creative component (ie: ad, flyer, etc) is converted from an issue to a task under that program. Thoughts? Madeleine Bronstone LeapPoint

  • We are trying to figure out how to be able to change assignments in the Planning phase and NOT have the notifications go out until we change the status to Current (or in progress). This is probably something simple but I am new to WF. Thanks! Madeleine Bronstone BOTW
