Honestly, I have a hard time picturing something that isn't in front of my face  so I'm of limited help. Is it possible that what you are describing is some sort of a complicated calc statement? Like are you saying "if !isblank hours, show this"? -skye

can you do that before you even get the report? So in other words, filter out Project > Actual Hours > null? If they don't show up on the report you don't have to group by them, right? -skye

@Josh Hardman I just saw the video. How exciting! I hate to push but wondering how soon we can get working typeahead fields for other objects like portfolios and programs. LOL -skye

Wondering about people's thoughts on this. The team members column shows all team members regardless of status (deactivated), so as a best practice do folks generally delete their deactivated users from the teams they were on? -skye

the statuses show up alphabetically according to their three-character key, as far as I know. So the only workaround would be to create statuses that alphabetize according to that, and mandate their usage. -skye

I can give it a shot. Generically speaking, you have 2 options: 1) Reference the task collection in your project report: https://experience.workfront.com/s/article/Referencing-Collections-in-a-Report-779518987 2) Report on the tasks using a task report and then group by project. Both of these have t...

I have similar use cases in my instance where you select one of three choices and based on that selection it brings up different dropdowns for you. Because of the way the logic is set up, the three dropdowns are never displayed at the same time. So my calculated field is a very simple CONCAT({Americ...

William: This flipped case doesn't work for me either way (in a report or on a template tab filter), and the way it fails indicates a need for an Exists statement. In other words, the result I get when I use a "notin" Mod is basically ALL the templates that have ANY custom form (so anything that isn...

thank you Doug! That worked. My user assured me he'd always have a use for that formula, so I appreciate all the time you took in noodling that out  -skye

I'm going to table this for now (haha). I couldn't get the exists statement to work, which kind of makes sense. (My understanding is that the OBJCAT listing would have to show in the references tab for me to be able to link to it--is that right? and it doesn't so I can't) I did flail around a little...
