    I don't know if there is a shortcut but basically you'll need to go into the Billing Records tab of each project, and edit the billing record you find there, to set the Billing Status to Not Billed.   • there's an email notification that can be sent out when all the predecessors of a task are complete, and it pretty much says that (except for the part about John Smith). It says who completed the previous task and which task is now ready to start. -skye

  • I think from previous discussions, you'll find that you're not able to apply conditional formatting to a valueexpression. The workaround could possibly be to put that valueexpression into a custom form field (calculated field), and then apply conditional formatting to that field. -skye
