Is there a way besides using Logging in As (Proxy) within WorkFront to change a User's Personal settings in WorkFront Proof?

We would like to see the duration for each stage. From activation to approval/completion.

Keep the mention of the document being version 1 as a database name (hidden to customers/clients) and provide us with the ability to change the version name via alias field.

It would be nice to have the ability to search by the proof ID. The proof ID is shown on the details page of the proof, but other than that has no other utilization for the client/customer viewpoint.

Looking at a proof summary, I can see • Sent (Date and User)• Opened (Date and User)• Commented (Date and User)• Decision (Date and User) It would be nice to be able to run a report on these data points and more for all proofs.
