Report on how long much of the desk duration was proof review

We need to do reporting on how much of the duration of a task was proof approval vs the time it was with the proof creator.

Basically, we don’t want designers held accountable for late work when the requestor sat on the proof.

We would like to see the duration for each stage. From activation to approval/completion.
